How do I add new email accounts?

Under Plesk for Windows:

  1. Login to your Control Panel
  2. On the panel, on the right page under services, click on "Mail"
  3. On the screen that comes up, click on "Add New Mail Name"
  4. Fill out the form and click OK.  Your password must be 5 characters long and cannot contain your email address.
  5. Email can then be accessed via POP3 using an email client (Outlook Express, Outlook, etc.) or via web-based email at: http://webmail.yourdomain.com (this will only work after your nameservers have been correctly set)

Under cPanel for Linux:

  1. Login to your Control Panel
  2. Under the Mail services, click "Email Accounts"
  3. Fill out the form and click "Create Account". Your password must be 5 characters long and cannot contain your email address.
  4. Email can then be accessed via POP3 using an email client (Outlook Express, Outlook, etc.) or via web-based email at:
    http://webmail.yourdomain.com (this will only work after your nameservers have been correctly set)
